Kolbe & Mitch
Kolbe & Mitch tied the knot on a beautiful sunny spring day in Cincinnati, OH. I joined Kolbe and her girls at an airbnb in OTR just a couple of blocks away from their wedding venue for some getting ready shots while my second shooter headed to the venue to capture some photos of the guys hanging out before everything started.
A small, intimate wedding party made for an easy and effortless getting ready process and as we were about to make our way out for some bridal party photos we diverted the plan slightly so the girls could help Kolbe's mom get her hair and makeup done. It was such a fun way for the girls to bond before the wedding, even with a slight casualty of one of the bridesmaids getting stepped on by the bride and her toenail coming off! Needless to say we diverted our schedule a little bit!
The venue was absolutely stunning once we battled FC traffic/parking and got there! Simple interior with a gorgeous view of OTR from the rooftop which is where the ceremony was being held. With a few minutes to spare we made our way up to the rooftop and prepared for one of the best wedding ceremonies yet. We had emotion, laughter, and most importantly, love at the center of it all.
The reception was no different. The toasts were absolutely phenomenal, the food, to die for, not to mention the desserts and the band was probably my favorite part because once the party got started it didn't stop once!
Kolbe and Mitch had such a beautiful day and I feel so special that I had the opportunity to document such a special day in their lives.
